Riverina Counselling would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and holiday season! This year was a quote and relaxed year in the Riverina area with less than usual visitors to Young.
As people are aware, new changes in the NDIS are coming this year and we will begin to see the development of new rules and reforms. It will be imperative moving forward that people have used finding and also accessed assessments, such as VINELANDS.
It will be both a trying yet interesting year to see how the systems we know change, new ones emerge and how this will shape healthcare in years to come. I think this will eventually lead to positive changes in rural areas, such as Young, Cootamundra and Cowra to accessing services and supports and reducing gaps others may fall through.
